Candidate records (including Registration Number, Student Name, Roll Number, and Course Enrolled) are maintained within the council’s secure academic database to facilitate online certificate verification, statement of marks generation, and communication of academic updates.

NCVER does not sell, rent, or lease personal or academic records to third-party commercial marketing entities. Data may only be validated during legitimate verification requests initiated by authorized employers, universities, or government authorities with candidate consent.
