Institutional Letter Verification Protocol

Government departments, embassies, universities, and corporate HR agencies requiring a formal verification letter on official council letterhead may submit an official dispatch request.

• Attach a scanned copy of the candidate's certificate and mark statement.
• Quote the candidate's council registration number in all communications.
• Dispatch inquiries to the NCVER Verification Cell or contact 6393748200.

Employer & Academic Email Verification

Corporate recruiters can verify candidate credentials by submitting official inquiries from corporate domain email addresses. Verification reports are dispatched within standard working hours (Monday to Friday).
